NOLA Ready is committed to making sure everyone can access the information they need - especially in emegencies. We provide a variety of resources to ensure that language is never a barrier to safety or preparedness. Our goal is to reach all members of our community, no matter what language they speak, so everyone can stay informed, make safe decisions, and get the support they need during critical situations.

Language Access Plan

The Language Access Implementation Plan explains how NOLA Ready will provide language access services to people who have limited English proficiency. It outlines our policies, procedures, and resources for ensuring meaningful access to our program and services. The Language Access Plan has been last updated in November 2025.
