Traffic, Transportation, and Parking Impacts Associated with 2023 New Year's Eve and the 2024 Allstate Sugar Bowl

Events associated with New Year's Eve 2023 and the 2024 Sugar Bowl will take place in New Orleans Friday, Dec. 29, 2023 through Monday, Jan. 1, 2024. Residents and visitors should expect heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the areas surrounding the French Quarter and Mercedes-Benz Superdome during associated events. The City of New Orleans has granted a permit to the 90th annual Allstate Sugar Bowl New Year's Eve Parade, which will take place Sunday, December 31st at 2:30 PM.
