Big Easy Half Marathon
The City of New Orleans has granted a permit to the 2019 Big Easy Running Festival 5K and Half Marathon. More information at bigeasyrunfest.events. As always, take care in large crowds and report suspicious activity to public safety officials.

Traffic & Transportation
Traffic will be restricted along the route until the last participant passes and course materials are removed. Roads along the route are expected to reopen within the following timeframe:
- Moss St. from the start in City Park to Esplanade Ave. reopen at 8:20am
- Wisner Blvd. from Esplanade Ave. to Desaix Blvd. reopen at 8:20am
- All of Lakeshore Dr. reopen at 10:15am
- All of Wisner Blvd. reopen at 10:40am
