Hurricane Irma Now Inland, Minimal Local Impacts

Irma has been downgraded to a tropical storm and will track into western Tennessee by Tuesday night. A coastal flood advisory, including the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain, is in effect as tides are expected to be one to two feet above normal. Otherwise, no local impacts from Irma are expected.
