The Sewerage & Water Board has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for the majority of Uptown New Orleans, bounded by South Carrollton to the Pontchartrain Expressway to the Mississippi River, following a loss of Entergy power at the Carrollton Water Plant, resulting in low water pressure.
