• SWBNO will not shut off water due to delinquency from Friday, Dec. 23 to Monday, Dec. 26.
• Please call 52-WATER to report any water or sewerage emergencies.  This emergency hotline is open 24/7.
• SWBNO repair department will focus on sewer repairs and minor water repairs leading up to the impending weather to minimize water shut offs for planned repairs. SWBNO will continue to respond to emergencies leading up to, during and after the low temperatures.

Entergy New Orleans

• Entergy New Orleans is suspending any service disruptions through Wednesday, January 2, 2023.
• If someone continues to have issues, they should call 1-800-ENTERGY (which is staffed 24/7 for emergencies) OR visit one of Entergy’s Walking Care Centers, M-F 8AM – 5PM:
  • Algiers office: 4021 Behrman Hwy Suite J, located in the River Commons Shopping Center.
  • Canal St. office: 3400 Canal Street, located on the corner of Canal Street and S. Jeff Davis Pkwy.
